Talking with WCASD is a 20-minute biweekly podcast hosted by Deputy Superintendent Dr. Kalia Reynolds, sharing stories and conversations from across the West Chester Area School District. Hear from students, staff, and community members as we highlight the people, programs, and priorities shaping our schools.

Dr. Kalia Reynolds

Dr. Reynolds has been a special education teacher, assistant principal, principal, and elementary director. She finished her doctoral work in educational leadership at the University of Delaware. Her Master’s degree is in counseling psychology from Temple University and undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in special education and psychology.

She now serves the West Chester Area School District as the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Academic Officer.

Dr. Jimmy Conley

With over 25 years of experience in education, including serving as the Assistant Superintendent at Wallingford-Swarthmore School District, Dr. Conley is a leader known for his dedication to academic performance and innovation in secondary education. In his most recent role, Dr. Conley played a pivotal role in the development of the strategic plan. Prior to his role as Assistant Superintendent, Dr. Conley served as the principal at Unionville-Chadds Ford High School.
